Guests are always welcome at First Baptist Church of Dunn. Whether you worship with us in person, participate with us through our radio broadcasts, or are interested in finding more about us on the Internet, we are always glad to have others join us as we seek to experience God more fully in our lives. Finding a place of community that is both comfortable and challenging can be difficult. It is our hope that as you learn more about what God is doing among us, you will want to become a part of this exciting community. 

First Baptist is the oldest Baptist congregation in Dunn. The church’s history is rich and storied. Located at the corners of Broad and Layton Streets, the building is somewhat of a local landmark given it’s age and architecture. But the church is more than a physical location. A church is a combination of all of its members, their faith, experiences, and expectations. At First Baptist, you will find a variety of people with a variety of gifts and interests. Women and men serve equally in leadership and teaching ministries. The children, youth, adult, and senior adults are each important to us. Discipleship at First Baptist is defined as both Biblical learning and Christian service. We are excited about what God is doing in every member’s life. We hope to encourage, nurture, and call out the unique potential of every believer.
